Volunteer Opportunties at Bayou City Art Festival!
Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010 & Sunday Oct. 10, 2010
This weekend is Bayou City Art Festival and Houston Arts Alliance is looking for volunteers at the HAA booth in passing out grantee collateral material to Festival attendees. Below is the following volunteer schedule:
Sat. 10/09/2010 SHIFT A: 9AM – 1PM
Sat. 10/09/2010 SHIFT B: 12PM – 4PM
Sat. 10/09/2010 SHIFT C: 3PM – 7PM
Sun. 10/10/2010 SHIFT A: 9AM – 1PM
Sun. 10/10/2010 SHIFT B: 12PM – 4PM
Sun. 10/10/2010 SHIFT C: 3PM – 7PM
We will provide a T-Shirt and a FREE Festival pass ($10 value) for each volunteer. If you and your friends are interested to volunteer in any of these shifts, please register at Eventbrite before by Friday, Oct. 8, 2010 3PM.
You will then need to pick up your Volunteer Packet (including volunteer info, map, t-shirt, & passes) at HAA from Thursday 10/07 to Friday 10/08 between the hours of 9AM – 5:30PM. If you are unable to pick up your passes, please indicate in your email response.
